Refund & Cancellation

At the Civil Aviation Medicine Society (“CAMS Bharat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at https://camsbharat.com, we aim to provide valuable aviation medicine resources, memberships, and technical publications. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, membership renewals, and refunds for transactions made on our portal.

1. Membership Cancellations

  • Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription or disable auto-renewal at any time through your member dashboard under account settings.
  • Effective Date: Once requested, your cancellation prevents future recurring billing. Your current subscription tier privileges (Basic, Premium, or Professional) remain accessible until the end of your paid billing term.
  • Mid-Term Termination: We do not offer prorated cancellations for the unused duration of an ongoing monthly or annual subscription cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our publications, research archives, and immediate access to restricted directory listings, refunds are evaluated strictly under the following scenarios:
  • Technical Errors & Duplicate Charges: If your account or card is charged more than once due to a payment gateway timeout or technical failure, the duplicate amount is refunded completely.
  • Billing Discrepancies: In the event an incorrect fee is deducted due to a verified platform error, the differential balance is credited back to your original source of payment.
  • Accidental Purchases: Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of an initial sign-up may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, provided no digital resources (such as whitepapers, research downloads, or directory archives) were accessed or downloaded.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Refunds are strictly not provided under the following circumstances:
  • Completed membership terms where digital resources, webinars, or archives have been viewed or downloaded.
  • Renewal charges where the member failed to cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date.
  • Account suspensions or terminations resulting from fraudulent professional credentials, ethical breaches, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Submitting a Request: To initiate a refund or dispute a charge, contact our support desk via email with your order number, Razorpay payment reference ID, and registered account email address.
  • Review & Verification: The administrative desk assesses and confirms eligibility within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Disbursement: Approved refunds are initiated immediately to the original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing cycles.

5. Policy Updates

CAMS Bharat reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page with an updated revision date.
