2. Memberships & Pricing

• All membership tiers (Basic, Premium, and Professional) are priced in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable statutory taxes as indicated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to revise membership subscription fees, modify plan features, or update tier privileges at any time.
• Access privileges, research libraries, and directory placements are tied directly to your active tier status.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and profile data.
• You must provide genuine, accurate, and verifiable professional credentials during signup (medical licenses, institutional affiliations, or aviation certificates where required).
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found using deceptive identity records or violating professional ethics.

4. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations

• Membership subscriptions and orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization via our approved payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).
• Memberships are billed according to the agreed term (monthly, annual, or recurring).
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any subscription application due to verification failures, transaction errors, or suspected unauthorized activity.

5. Intellectual Property

• All research publications, whitepapers, webinar recordings, society logos, trademarks, website layouts, and documentation published on this portal are the intellectual property of CAMS Bharat or respective contributing researchers.
• Society materials may not be reproduced, re-distributed, sold, or publicly republished without prior written authorization from the governing board.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Content, whitepapers, and discussions provided on CAMS Bharat are for medical education, specialized research, and scientific advancement in aviation medicine; they do not constitute individualized clinical diagnoses or direct regulatory clearance.
